These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of tourism services and the sale of tours (“Services”) via the online store available at: www.jeeptourgeorgia.com.

Customer – any natural person, legal entity or organizational unit using the online store.
Agreement – the distance contract for the sale of a Service concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider.
Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude the Agreement.
Tour / Service – the tourism package offered by Jeep Tour Georgia, including transport, accommodation, guided services, and other additional services.
Orders are placed by completing the form available on the store’s website, either after logging in or without registration, by providing: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, and billing details (optional).
Upon receipt of an Order, the Service Provider sends an order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address, containing the Tour details and payment terms.
Tour prices are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN) and include all components (tourist services, insurance, taxes).
The Customer is required to pay a 40% deposit of the Order value within 7 days of Order confirmation.
The remaining 60% is paid in cash to the driver/guide on the day the Tour begins.
The deposit is paid by bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account, the details of which are provided in the Order confirmation.
Failure to pay the deposit on time will result in automatic cancellation of the Order.
After the deposit is credited, the Service Provider sends the Customer a voucher or booking confirmation by e-mail.
The voucher must be presented to the driver/guide on the day of departure.
Due to the nature of tourism services, in accordance with Art. 38(19) of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the Agreement after the deposit has been paid.
In the event of the Customer’s cancellation before the Tour begins, the provisions of § 7 shall apply.
The Customer may cancel participation in the Tour by notifying the Service Provider in writing or by e-mail.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Up to 14 days before departure – 20% of the Agreement value,
From 13 to 7 days before departure – 40% of the Agreement value,
Less than 7 days before departure – 100% of the Agreement value.
Any complaints regarding the performance of the Service may be submitted in writing or by e-mail within 30 days of the Tour’s completion.
A complaint should include: Customer’s details, Order number, a description of the non-conformity with the Agreement, and the claim.
The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 business days and provide a written response.
The Service Provider is liable for improper performance of the Service in accordance with the Civil Code and the Tourism Services Act.
The Service Provider is not liable for random events or force majeure.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Civil Code, the Tourism Services Act, and other applicable laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office.
These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website and come into force on the date of their publication.
