Gareji (Gareji Monasteries) is a complex of cave‐hewn monasteries located in the Kakheti region of Georgia. Its historical founder is one of the Thirteen Assyrian Fathers—David. The surroundings of Gareji offer magnificent views of rugged mountains and steppes.
